How TAIC handles information submitted through its website and official channels
This policy describes TAIC’s current website, inquiry, donation, volunteer, program, and analytics practices. It does not replace notices provided by independent third-party services.

Information is collected for defined organizational purposes
TAIC may receive information when a person emails the organization, uses a Webador form, requests a program, expresses volunteer or partnership interest, submits a resource suggestion, makes a donation through an independent platform, or interacts with website analytics and security features.
Information TAIC may receive
Names; email addresses; telephone numbers when voluntarily provided; organization and role; inquiry content; program, volunteer, or partnership details; submitted files when a specific upload process is enabled; donation records received from the platform; website usage, device, cookie, and security data made available by hosting or analytics services.
How information is used
To respond to inquiries; evaluate program, volunteer, contributor, and partnership requests; maintain organizational records; process and acknowledge donations; protect the website; improve content and accessibility; comply with legal, accounting, grant, governance, and security obligations.
Third-party services
TAIC’s website is hosted through Webador. Donations may be processed through GoFundMe or another clearly identified secure platform. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, or related Google services may be enabled for analytics, advertising measurement, or site administration. Each provider has its own privacy practices.
Cookies and analytics
Hosting, security, analytics, and advertising services may use cookies or similar technologies. Visitors may manage cookies through their browser and any consent controls displayed by the website. Disabling certain technologies may affect functionality or measurement.
Sharing and disclosure
TAIC does not sell personal information to advertisers. Information may be shared with service providers performing authorized functions; professional advisers; government or grant authorities when required; law enforcement or courts when legally required; or another party with the individual’s direction or consent.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose received and for legal, accounting, governance, grant, dispute, or security needs. TAIC uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no email, website, or electronic storage method is completely secure.
Children’s information
TAIC’s general website is not designed to collect personal information directly from children under 13. School or youth activities should be coordinated through an authorized adult, school, parent, guardian, or approved partner process.
Individual choices
A person may request access, correction, deletion, or communication changes by contacting TAIC. Some records may be retained when required for legal, accounting, donation, governance, grant, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.
