The purpose is accountability and momentum: show what has been built, identify what is being advanced now, and keep future goals separate from claims of completed impact.

Outputs Are Not the Same as Outcomes

This distinction matters. Many organizations conflate effort with impact. TAIC will measure behavioral outcomes and report them when we can support those claims with a defensible evaluation. Until then, we report what we have actually built, and nothing more.
